Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What a Winter!

Hello everyone!

I have good news and not-so-good news.... the not-so-good news is that my workspace got flooded recently, the  I got the flu.  All of this on top of snow, snow and more snow, (which meant tons of snow days for my childrens' schools, i.e. less work time for me).  Due to these onslaught of winter not-so-goodness I have gotten farther behind than I like.

This *does* lead to some good news, though.  1) I am slowly on the mend, knock on wood,  2) My workspace is drying and I am going to attempt a total re-organization, (which will, hopefully, make it a more pleasant and easier-to-work-in space),  3) I am going to do my best to catch up on as many orders as possible this week and have put all but 1 of my shops into vacation mode until I have caught up.

Last, but not least, I am excited for the NH Renaissance Faire and am also working on that... I am excited for spring!  [link]

So, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, to my fantastically patient and understanding customers!  I have not been e-mailing much, as I have been trying to focus on my health and working at the bench, but I will e-mail as often as possible, in the interim.
